The children had great fun taking part in all the activities and special lessons and your support of the Book Fair and our Assembly is much appreciated; there is a full report on the ‘News and Events’ section of the website as well as lots of photos in the Gallery section.
Basingstoke Speech & Drama Festival
A number of children were still able to enter this Festival which had to be rearranged due to last week’s snow and congratulations to the pupils who were awarded prizes. Results will be on the website in due course and full results in our Prizegiving Book at the end of the school year.
Farnborough Hill – performance of ‘Anything Goes’
Form V had a most enjoyable visit to Farnborough Hill to watch their performance of ‘Anything Goes’. They enjoyed seeing former pupil Sophie Pearce-Molland on stage and it was by all accounts a superb production.
We are very much looking forward to the various activities planned for this week and will be reporting back to you in this Friday’s Assembly.
Everyone has arrived safely and conditions are reported to be excellent. Please be aware that we have a very large number of cars parked this week and so our playground area will be busier than usual with staff cars.
Basingstoke Festival Creative Writing Awards Ceremony – Sunday 18th March
A large number of our children are due to receive awards and I hope to see as many of you there as possible, in my ‘role’ this year as Guest of Honour!

Spring Music Afternoon – Tuesday 20th March 2.00 pm School Hall
Following the cancellation of the Music Evening, we are pleased to welcome parents and friends of those performing on this afternoon.

End of term – Thursday 22nd March
School finishes at usual time; Prep and After School Care on as usual.
On Mr Smith’s return from the Ski Trip he will issued details of next term’s After School Activities. For your information there are spaces in Judo Club on a Tuesday afternoon for Form I-VI.
Children may return in winter uniform for the first two weeks if temperatures remain low but all should be in summer uniform by Monday 30th April.
