Millennium Cup returns to Hartley Wintney

It was a perfect afternoon for our school's annual cross-country event which saw the race return to Hartley Wintney Cricket Green, where it all started 19 years ago.

With a large number of local schools attending the event, all the races were run with a true sporting ethos.

Many congratulations to all who ran and especialy to the under 9 boys' team and the under 11 girls' team who came third.

It was a pleasure to welcome Ben Earney, the Cricket Club's visiting player as the Guest of Honour to present the awards.

It is with great sadness that we announce that the decision has been made to close The Grey House School and Nursery in December 2018. We would like to thank everyone who has supported the school over the 69 years it has been in existence, for their support and hope that your  memories are happpy ones.

All past staff, pupils and parents are invited to join us on the afternoon of Friday 14th December here at school. Tea and cakes will be served from 2.30 - and the school will remain open in the evening for those unable to get here earlier, with drinks served from

The buildings will all be open for you to wander through for a trip down memory lane and some memorabilia will be available to bid for, with all monies raised going to charity; see the Facebook page for more details.

I look forward to seeing you here.
